Bob Andrews formed the Bob Andrews Group, LLC (BAG) in April of 2005 in anticipation of needing a holding company for his rapidly expanding business interests, in addition to the need for providing high-level corporate support (financial, human resources, marketing, information technology, risk management, corporate communications, and real estate) to his companies on a cost-shared, pro-rata basis. The Bob Andrews Group, LLC is headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The Catalpa Falls Group, LLC (CFG) — Will provide luxury private passenger railcar charters throughout North America by restoring 1948-vintage Pullman cars originally built for the Pennsylvania Railroad — "rebuilding the Broadway Limited — one car at a time".
